Bright, quiet and elegant with many extra touches. Fabulous chef’s kitchen with everything you need and modern washer/dryer that worked perfectly. Comfy beds and luxury linens. Excellent location - 5 minutes to the Meadows and an easy walk to most attractions.

Great location if you want to be close to everything. If you need to park cars, the Waverly car park is less than a 10 min walk away. Surprisingly quiet inside considering it's right in the middle of all the action. Everyone loved the bathrooms!

Recommend without hesitation. The apartment was well located - away from the hustle and bustle, yet within walking distance of Princes St and the Old Town. It was very well equipped. Marion obviously put a lot of thought into what guests might need. She was very swift in responding. As we arrived early (noon), it was great to have somewhere to store our luggage before check in time. Thank you Marion for your hospitality!

Jay was an amazing host. Communication was so clear throughout and we felt Jay was always there should we need anything The apartment was just perfect. This was a perfect place for us to stay which was 3 couples. It was in close proximity for walking to many of Edinburgh’s many sights. The host was quick to respond to our questions. The only thing I would suggest to a new renter, is when keying in on Maps is to use both STREET & LANE as our host has it listed. This was our problem, not the hosts. The patio was very nice to sit out and enjoy the neighborhood. If I come back to Edinburgh, I would stay in this BnB again.

We loved our stay at Giovanna’s place in Edinburgh! The location was amazing. Walkable from the train station and close to everything that we wanted to do. Watching sunset from the top of Calton Hill was a highlight! Giovanna was very responsive and provided helpful instructions leading up to our stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better visit!

A home away from home ❤️ The house was lovely, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. I was travelling with parents and a small child - so split levels meant everyone could have their own space and a big communal area on the ground floor which was perfect for us all. Location was great. A short cab ride into town, but walkable too. Close by to Arthur’s Seat, which is a must to do while in Edinburgh. Karen and Carina are amazing hosts, very responsive and went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend! Thank you.

We had a family get together at Kirkandrews house and it was fantastic. House is beautiful, as described in advert, with plenty of bedrooms supported an excellent set up of bathrooms. Kitchen had plenty of equipment and dining room was huge with selection of crockery and cutlery. Location of house, right next to river Esk, was great with large garden and selection of games. Would recommend to anyone looking for this type of house.

Tom was extremely accomodating. His communication was excellent. Clear instructions to get into the place. It was lovely and clean. The hot tub is fabulous and well worth adding on . The views from our windows were gorgeous and the place ia close to Hadrians wall walk and a roman ruin . Bed very comfortable. Amenities within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Usman is wonderful, very responsive. The house was clean and generally comfortable. The kitchen was equipped, but some of the cookware (like the frying pan) was quite old and had many scratches — it could use an update. I can’t comment on the location in terms of walking or public transport since I drove everywhere, but it worked well for my needs. Recommended

Charming one night stay after getting in late from the airport!

Very close to everything you could want to see in town. We walked everywhere. It also has great amenities for being in the city including a garage and washer/dryer. It’s a perfect home base.

This house was perfect for our needs. It's very clean and spacious. We were a group of 5 adults and had plenty of space. Marie is a lovely host, there was tea, coffee, milk and lots of snacks provided. The location is very convenient, it's on a bus route with regular buses into the city centre and beyond. We didn't wait more than a few minutes and used them several times. There is also a train station nearby.

What can I say…WOW!! One of the best Airbnb experiences I have had. This place was a lot nicer then the photos, Sam is a wonderful and responsive host. We had an issue with our hotel and booked this place last minute, she gave us early check in and helped us with all our questions. Everything was beautiful and classic and sooo spacious. Its in central Edinburgh and you can walk or get public transport. Parking is tricky if you have a car, and expensive but the house is brilliant.

Fantastic dwelling, great location and excellent hosts. We will definitely look to return to Edinburgh in the future and seek this residence as well as highly recommending it to our friends and family. Our hosts Mark and Dayna were wonderful especially with their wonderful gesture of allowing us to stay an extra night, free of charge, due to The Hogmanay Festival being cancelled. Thank you again. Nevertheless a wonderful visit to Edinburgh underpinned by an excellent apartment and generous hosts.

A super, well equipped, quiet and very comfortable apartment in great location. We only used for a single night to watch a show at the Playhouse but it would also be great for longer stays.

Wonderful apartment close to Hadrian's wall, with all the amenities one needs after a long day's hike.

Very nice comfortable & spacious place to stay. Close to Lidl for groceries. Close to the bus stop to get into the city. Washing machine & drier available in the flat. Car parking available. We would recommend staying here.

The flat was wonderful, clean, and welcoming. There was enough room for all of us. Everyone in our group agreed that the flat made us feel right at home. Margaret's instructions were precise and we didn't have difficulties entering. I would recommend this flat again.

Dora’s place is a proper home stay. You feel right at home as she offers amenities beyond any other place we’ve ever stayed. She had condiments, selection of tea and coffees and even butters and jams if you’re staying for a couple of days to not waste any big foodstuffs. She had instructions left all over the house so we barely had to contact her at all and got our bearings very quickly. Even when I unfortunately got sick, there was a pack of paracetamol in the cupboard. She really thought of absolutely everything!

My family and I had a great time. the place was right on the Royal Mile and there was so much to do with extremely beautiful surroundings. The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us as we each had our own bathroom. Everything was walkable. Edinburgh is beautiful, overall I am really glad we stayed here.
