This suite features a very comfortable king bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed MEANT ONLY FOR A MINOR, full kitchenette, single induction cooktop burner, full bath (shower stall only), storage space, cable/smart TV, Netflix, high speed WiFi, washer & dryer in garage, & beach gear. Situated in the Princeville Resort Golf community near a small shopping center with good restaurants, grocery store, post office and shops.

Quiet, and cool the year around, we are a 20 minute walk from the Hawaii Tropical Botanical Garden and well situated for touring to Waipio Valley, Akaka Falls, Volcano National Park, and many other destinations in the area. Request longer stays. Listen to the crashing ocean waves and Walk to the spectacular Puna coast, Whale watch during the Migratory season. Limited food preparation in the outdoor Kitchenette. The studio is located 30 minutes South of Hilo and great for East side day trips. Great space for those traveling, comfortable SPLIT King bed, TV, A/C at $7 a night. No heavy drinking.
