Of all the places we stayed in Japan, it was my families favorite. The location was in great proximity to the train station, restaurants, and Miyajima. The house was a great mix of modern amenities and traditional Japanese not too mention very affordable. The only complaints was there was only one sink outside of the kitchen to brush teeth and such and it was a tad chilly. With all that being said the host was very responsive, helpful and very quick to respond to any questions we had.

We stayed for two nights with 11 adults (all men).I think some people are concerned about the disadvantages, so I'll write them first. It will be a lack of sleep.On the second night, a total of 11 people slept 40 hours.We can list the main causes. I wrote all the downsides, but there is no problem if you have a shorter sleep time in this facility. A good price for the conveniency/walkability to tourist spots. Is very close to the ferry to Miyajima Island which is worth a day visit/at least 5 hours of you are wanting to climb Mt Misen.

If you’re staying in Hiroshima, this is THE place to stay. The house itself had everything you needed, including extra little touches left by the host. It’s a short walk to the station and an even shorter stroll to the best coffee in Hiroshima (Sapta Coffee) and the best Dan Dan Noodles in Hiroshima (Saishin Ramen). Dai is your host and he is quite possibly the most helpful and kind host you will find! He met us at his house to help us get in, showed us around the property and gave us the most detailed and helpful suggestions and guides for things to see and do, grocery stores, shopping and of course delicious places to eat. In our day of leaving the rain was torrential and we were unable to get a taxi…Dai to the rescue, without hesitation. We fell a little bit in love with Hiroshima and Dai’s friendship helped with that immensely.

Thank you for an amazing stay. The unit was spotlessly clean and spacious. The host was very responsive to questions. Great washing machine/dryer. Super comfortable beds! Only a short walk to the Hiroshima Peace Park and Museum. Thank you again. We will be back.

Although the language barrier was huge, everyone was super nice to us and did everything they could to make sure we had the best time in Etajima. Because we came without a car, they even drove us to the supermarket and back to the ferry at the end. Thank you so much for the wonderful days!

Thank you for everything. We had a great time. Our luggage was heavy so Eiko came to pick up at the station. Then we had some difficulty moving to the next place and Eiko found a perfect solution. She is kind, communicative, and an interesting person. The house is very nice and well-kept with comfortable beds, the house is spacious. It's one of the most accommodations interesting from my Airbnb experience. There is no kitchen but nearby there are restaurants and mini supermarket so we had no problem. I highly recommend it.
