Very quaint and clean! Short drive from town. We were out much of the weekend, but it had everything you need if you were planning to stay in. Flexible checkout! Michael and his family were gracious hosts and very communicative. Would definitely come back!

What a beautiful place ! the sunrise over the lake was exceptional, the gas fire pit was lovely and easy to use as we sat and watched the sun go down as well. The place was immaculate and well organized. Further, we were in Hamilton to visit my brother who is suffering from cancer. We brought him to the cabin, and he was comfortable and at peace while there (he is a nature lover). I don't think we could have given him a better gift. I would highly recommend this place ! The Villa was the perfect getaway for my boyfriend & I & our 2 children. Our experience exceeded our expectations & created beautiful memories. The view was absolutely stunning of the lake, trees & mountains. This home was a new built, the furniture & appliances were very upscale & modernistic. The hosts paid attention to fine detail & convenience of the amenities offered. The hosts even had a Christmas tree in the living room! I would highly recommend the Villa to anyone that is looking for a romantic getaway or even a family vacation.

This guest house was perfect for our Colgate weekend. So close to campus. I appreciated the very clear instructions about how to get in, where to park, etc. The cute Colgate decor was much appreciated by my husband who is an alum of the school. :) We will be back in Hamilton in the future and would love to stay here again.

Upon our arrival the house was decorated for Thanksgiving. That was a nice first impression! Inside is adorable and some cute memorabilia. The little touches of bathrobes, disposable slippers, basket full of treats and water and cokes i refrigerator was very thoughtful. Richard greeted us after we arrived and welcomed us. It was a great location to everything we wanted. To our surprise when we returned back from being out the house was decorated for Christmas! All in all what a nice place to stay and we would definitely come back. Thank you for making our experience wonderful.

Perfect place for our family of 4 for a quick football weekend. We walked along the lake each morning before we headed out for the day. Beautiful area and only a few minutes drive to Colgate campus. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was great and had a wonderful stay. The views of the reservoir and hills are stunning. Dorcas was very quick to respond to questions. Place is well stocked. Highly recommend!
