In front of our listed house from 1724, located in the heart of the old wine village of Hambach, the fountain of the church square splashes, overshadowed by the old chestnut tree. Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley. We are happy to open our bright, charming apartment, equipped with every modern comfort, for anyone who wants to explore the Palatinate. I celebrated New Year with 3 friends at Veronica's cottage. Everything was nice and clean, the cottage was complete, and there was a nicely decorated Christmas tree for us. The area is beautiful, and it is very quiet. Perfect for a week to find peace close to nature. Restaurants and supermarket can be prepared with a car, but not super close. We stayed in winter, then there is quite little to do in the region. We were super satisfied, and it was perfect for us to read books for a week, play games, cook, nature in, and be cozy with each other.

We stayed for 4 nights in the apartment and felt very comfortable there. Salvatore is a very likeable host and was always available. Although the house where the apartment is located is right on a main road, it is very quiet there. The apartment is at the back of the house in the basement and is surrounded by a small garden. On our next visit to Osthofen, we will be happy to stay in Salvatore's apartment again.

Beautiful house, ideal for our group of 10 people. Each room has its own bathroom (toilet, sink and shower). The kitchen upstairs is just big enough to sit with 10. There are 2 living rooms. Everything we needed was present. Friendly welcome. Host responds quickly. Central location with restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket within walking distance. The outdoor space is rather limited (lawn in the front and small terrace in the back over 2 floors) but the house is therefore in the middle of the city. There is space for 2 cars on the property but there are many parking lots nearby (also free of charge). We recommend this house!

We were in the Palatinate for a longer hiking weekend and were warmly welcomed by Sabine. We had a room with bed/table and a very large bathroom with sauna /lounge chair. That was a great surprise. On the last evening we also used the sauna and it worked perfectly. Sabine and her partner gave good tips for hiking huts and restaurants.
