Across the road from Ir Yamim Mall. 7-10 minutes from Wingate institute & Shfaim water park. 20 minutes from Tel -Aviv I speak english,Russian, Romanian, italian a little bit of French. Our place is located between Tel-Aviv and Haifa, 15 minutes drive from the beach . Our place is a Modern house, full-equipped kitchen, quiet neighborhood, great place for family with kids, the outdoor sitting areas are comfortable and relaxing, with Pool for children in Summer. Good exit point to travel Israel. Good for families (with kids) and big groups. We keep Kosher dishes in Passover.

Amazing house! Even more beautiful than the photos! Very clean, modern design, spacious, with everything you need for a perfect Mediterranean vacation. Just sitting on the swing chair in the living-room and looking outside is great but if you do decide to go out then the location is excellent as well. You can walk to the town pool and enjoy or walk to a near beach (over a bridge for pedestrians) about 10 minutes or drive 5 minutes to another great beach (Mikhmoret) with a good restaurant and chairs for rent. You can find everting you need at M-haderech shopping center just few minutes walk from the house or very short drive. On top of all, Jonathan was very nice and very responsive on any question we had. It was truly a perfect vacation. Highly recommended.

This is a great villa in Netanya in Neve Itamar neighbourhood. Private outdoor jacuzzi, large garden, big house with 5 bedrooms, 3 toilets, 2 showers, fully equipped kitchen. Hosts (Sharon and Eitan) are very helpful. We had a great 5 night holiday.
