Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

We had the best time staying at this beautiful property! Easy accessibility to the place. Very convenient location as you can walk to everything downtown. Very spacious. We enjoyed our stay. We had most everything we needed and everything was clean and very roomy. We would (will) be glad to stay again in the future. We loved the peaceful setting.

Excellent stay! House was exactly as described and was even better than the pictures. Nice, quiet, and spotlessly clean. Thanks for letting us stay in your house!

My stay at Sarah’s was great. Having access to the lake was really nice. Sarah was a great host and answered all the questions we had and the house was in tip top shape.

Cozy cabin on deep water on Lake Hartwell!

Stephanie's house is very comfortable, peaceful, and private. The kitchen and dining room are huge and well-stocked with pans, plates, and utensils for preparing any meal. There is plenty of room to sit inside and outside with the deck and screened-in porches. The beds are very comfortable and with no noise around the property, you'll sleep like a baby. The boat slip is awesome if you are bringing your boat like we did. Be sure to bring extension cords if you need to charge your trolling motor batteries as the boat slip does not have power. You'll need about 300' of cord. Stephanie was an excellent host and kept in touch with us as we weathered Hurricane Helene. Overall, a great stay.

A well-lit bathroom features a light-colored countertop with a sink and mirror. Fresh towels are neatly stacked on the shelf. A small plant adds a touch of greenery, while a shower curtain and a window provide a sense of openness.
