Spacious apartment with two bedrooms and good standard. Here you can combine a very central location with fantastic hiking terrain right outside the door. Peaceful and quiet neighbourhood Within the ring road and a short distance to UNN and the city center. Walking distance to the city center is 25-30 minutes, driving time is approximately 5-10 minutes. Possibility of street parking for one car in the summer (due to snowplowing in the winter). Free and good parking facilities at Dalsletta and Blåbærdalen kindergarten (about 500 meters from the house).

Spacious and cozy apartment in Vik, Kvæfjord. Amazing views over the fjord with good opportunities to see the northern lights right from the living room window. The apartment is nicely located and is a good starting point for great trips in the nearby area. It is 10 min by car to the nearest store/gas station, 30 min to Harstad and 45 min to Evenes airport. Storage and one of the bedrooms are marked private and are used for the storage of personal belongings. Otherwise, the entire apartment, porch and outdoor area are available.

Shopping center (Amfi Kanebogen) and grocery store (Kiwi) are in the immediate vicinity. Free parking. A hiking trail to Gangsåstoppen starts 50 meters from the apartment. This 30 minute trip is recommended to all. There you get an amazing view of the city and the surrounding islands. The apartment is private with own entrance.

The buildings are based on green energy. Heating comes from solar collectors and air-water heat pump. Airy, new and with stunning views of the lake, both summer and winter. Jogging, skiing, Randonee or cross-country skiing just a few minutes from the apartment. Jacuzzi/sauna/counter-current pool/gym. Counter-current pool has a fixed temperature of 17 degrees C. Gas/wood grill. Fishing opportunities with boat in sea or fresh water by agreement with the landlord. Parking outside the apartment.

Apartment in a beautiful hiking area on a large private property right by the sea and in close proximity to great hiking trails in the forest and along the coast of the historic saga island Bjarkøy. The apartment has been recently renovated and is located on the ground floor of a detached house just below the headland at Austnes. It is spacious with two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large hallway. Heating cables in all floors and fantastic views of the mountains on Grytøya.
