Quiet space in the country

Small addition to our house for out of town guests and family. Private entrance and isn’t connected to the rest of the house from inside, but above the room is our kids' bedroom. It has a little kitchen area with a water boiler microwave and fridge (no freezer). There’s a small bathroom with a shower and a queen bed all in 160 square feet,so a very tiny, tight space :) there’s a little porch area to hang out. We are off the beaten track in the woods. 12 Min to Callaway, right off 185 exit 30, 32

Our lake access is close enough to bike/walk, but we prefer to drive into the access w/all of our gear! @ the gated access you will find a swimming area, boat launch, grills, screened in & open pavilion, and a playground. Studio located on private wooded 20 acres with 800 sq foot of space, crafted with reclaimed materials wood and metal. Large deck overlooking 7-acre lake with burn pit. Private entrance with electric fireplace, television, music, Queen size bed, sofa, bar with stools, refrigerator, 2 burners cook surface, microwave, Keurig, toaster, dishes and cookware. Private bath with compost toilet, shower and sink. Access to paddle boat with life jackets available. Fishing rods if you want to try it!
