This double farmhouse dates from the 17th century. A beautiful holiday home of more than 100m2 has recently been built in the front house behind the barn doors. All facilities are located on the ground floor. Such as a spacious sitting area with views of the West-Frisian Circular Dyke, a cooking island and a spacious bathroom with a free-standing bath and separate shower. There is a garden with a terrace. The sea is within cycling distance, where the quietest beaches of the Netherlands are located.

The current residents have converted the front into a flat for 2 with spacious bedroom and bathroom and bright kitchen. The rooms offer wide views over the polder. This cozy summer house is located in our yard behind our home. It has a nice kitchen unit, a sitting area with a nice sofa, TV with WiFi, a dining area, 1 bedroom with a double box spring and a nice bathroom. The bed is made upon arrival. Outside, we have created a nice sunny space for you that you can use to your heart's content. Peace, and from the street you have a view of the beautiful dunes of Greetings.

Gelegen in het centrum van Groet met meerdere restaurants, supermarkt en fietsverhuur op loopafstand. Op 2 minuten loopafstand bevind u zich in de duinen en door een fietstochtje van 10 minuten bevindt u zich op het strand.
