Welcome to the heart of Kortrijk! Our charming vacation home is centrally located, within walking distance of the station, close to the shopping street, the large market and the historic center. Step outside to a cozy square with a minimarket, waffle shop and various terraces. Also the ideal base for the expo center or nearby universities. Easily explore the region and return to our modern, equipped and comfortable apartment, suitable for 4 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

This new-build apartment is an ideal base if you need to be in the Waregem, Deerlijk, Kortrijk business region. Hikers will also find something to their liking here, as there are plenty of hiking trails in the close vicinity. Zilverlinde is located in a park where there are 4 residential pavilions. It is a green, car-free oasis of peace and privacy. The ground floor apartment has a terrace and garden (see photo below right). You can park in the corresponding carport.

Loft in old textile factory

Our unique loft space is located in a separate part of the entire house that in the distant past served as a textile factory. During the renovation, the original building structure was preserved. We chose natural elements and ecological materials. This results in a spacious, warm loft house where it is cozy to stay, with floor heating in all rooms and parquet in the living area. The kitchen block, bathroom and sleeping area were nicely incorporated into the house.

The ground floor apartment is located on the lowered Leieboorden in the center of Kortrijk. Large comfortable double bed in the bedroom. The apartment is fully equipped with electrical appliances. Bed linen, towels, soap, shower gel, coffee, water, ... is provided. TV with Google Chromecast for use with own login, there is no cable subscription. Self check-in and check-out at flexible hours. Paid parking in the nearby area. The station is 600 m away.

Je bent zeer welkom in ons gezellig appartement met een mooi uitgestrekt zich op de velden in Bellegem, Kortrijk. Er zijn 3 ruimtes, samen goed voor 90 m², zodat je meer dan plaats genoeg hebt. Op 600 m wandelen kom je in het gezellig dorp Bellegem, waar je iets kan eten, drinken of de brouwerij van Omer bezoeken. Er is veel groen in de buurt om mooie wandel- en fietstochten te doen of ontdek eens het bruisende Kortrijk en zijn verlaagde Leieboorden.

Kortrijk is a city known for its rich history and cultural heritage. Visitors can explore the picturesque streets and medieval buildings. A visit to the many museums is worth it. Kortrijk is a home of various festivals, events and fairs.

Small private house on 2 floors, the ground floor consists of a large open room with kitchenette (fully equipped) dining area and living area. The floor is also a large room with bathroom area, dressing room and bed for 2 people (180 x 200) and a toilet with hinged door. The house is located in a secure property, with parking, a small private garden at the front of the house. The village is quiet near Tournai, Kortrijk and Lille.

Gasthuis 2.0 is a building with 2 studios on as many floors. We live in the house next door. Are you looking for a place for 4 people? Then book both studios. (They are listed separately on Airbnb.) Having someone as a guest in our accommodations means that we make sure that they have a great time. All comforts are provided, and breakfast package or hot plate can be arranged on request.
