My place is good for couples, solo adventurers & business travelers.

Are you a "tourist" or a "traveler?" Your answer will determine how you feel about this property, a turn-of-the-19th-Century hotel-cum-AirBnb reputed to have once been a brothel (but as Mark Twain said, "Never let the truth get in the way of a good story.") It's old and creaky and all wood and tall stairs to the rooms. BUT - it's an ART gallery, run by the artist; clean, nicely appointed bathrooms/showers with great amenities. Well-equipped kitchen w/many freebies. Bed/bath rooms are clearly a labor of love. Some might call it a bit "rustic" - I found it endearing, with nary an up-turned pinky finger to be found. Couple of doggie pals. Nice balcony overlooking weekend "flea market" and "shotgun" wedding chapel out back. A-1 saloons and gastro-pubs everywhere around - alas, with real NOISE well into the wee hours: so room selection is SERIOUS PRIORITY. Price is a rare bargain, considering Seattle is now certifiably, Guinness Book, bat-**** COST CRAZY. Angielena was helpful throughout.

I Stayed here and extended the stay twice. It was a lovely respite and great location with beautiful amenities and surroundings. I was Looking for a homey atmosphere. The host and her cats provided much comfort during my month long stay. The location was 3 miles from my husband who was recovering at a nursing facility from an injury . It was ideal.

Brian and Christa’s house is my go to when I stay in Seattle! Best spot for any kind of stay. They have such a chill vibe which made an already cozy space even more comfortable! It’s easy to get talking to them about anything, they are so darn sweet! Location is fire because it’s beautiful, neighborly, and quiet but can still get to Alki beach or downtown in a jiffy!
