You’ll love my place because it has been fully remodeled in 2016 so everything is new & clean! It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood within walking distance from a variety of great restaurants, bars & coffee shops. It's in close proximity to downtown Seattle, even closer to Alki Beach & the West Seattle Water Taxi (to downtown) & just a mile from the vibrant Alaska Junction (where you'll find more great shops, restaurants, bars). My place is good for couples, solo adventurers & business travelers.

Downtown bus line stop within 2 blocks from home, arrive downtown within 20 minutes. One block away from park and Greenbridge Village with coffee house and restaurant. Additional amenities just a short walk!

This studio offers 2 queen beds (one in a bedroom that can be sectioned off with a curtain and one as a pull out sofa in the media area), a gorgeous bath with a separate sink/vanity space, a pull down desk work space and a full kitchen with an eat- in bar that seats 3. It is five minutes to downtown, the stadiums, Alki Beach,the water taxi, great West Seattle restaurants and shops, ten minutes to U of W and fifteen to the airport. The house is charming, circa 1908. The room has a new queen sized memory foam bed and a view. There is a mini living room/sitting room off of it that makes it like a suite and you have access to the rest of the house too.
