super nice and immediately helpful.. in our case regarding the code to get in.. but that was my fault but we were helped right away.. otherwise super nice apartment and the children also felt right at home.. you have everything you need.. and even more. very lovingly furnished and very clean... we would love to come back as the surroundings also have a lot to offer... so for us it was perfect!
