Spacious and distinctive house.

A house with a lot of history, among other things, has been the local cafe in the village. It is the top 2 floors that are rented. On the main floor you will find a large, bright living room with kitchen and direct exit to an undisturbed and sunny terrace. In addition, there is a bedroom/living room and laundry room/bath. On the second floor there are 2 large loft rooms with attached bedrooms, a large bathroom with double sink and bathtub. Master bedroom has double bed with nice view. Possibility of up to 7 guests where two are located on a flat bed.

Family friendly house with a view

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun. The house is a stone's throw from the sea where it's great to swim, light a fire, or the kids' favorite: look for crabs! There is also a short distance to great mountain hikes. Moa shopping center is 7 minutes away by car, and to Ålesund city center it takes 17 minutes by car. The house is brand new with modern decor and practical room solutions. There is plenty of room for 7 adults, and opportunities to borrow a crib and travel crib for children.

99 - The house between fjord and mountain

Huset er totalrenovert i 2023. Tømmerveggene er fra 1600-tallet og noe er bevart innvendig. Boarealet er 100m2 og inneholder tre soverom, tre bad og et stort kjøkken/allrom. Fra allrommet er det utgang til delvis overbygd terrasse på 24m2. Soverom 3 har egen terrasse under tak. Gratis parkeringsplass til mange biler og 7KW lader for elbil. Det er 200m til offentlig badestrand og leikeplass. Et utmerket sted for avslapning og dagsutflukter. Vertskapet bor i nabohuset og er gjerne behjelpelig.

Brekkegarden is situated in Gjerdsvika, along the beautiful coast line just north of West Cape. The house was built in 1893, and whilst fully restored, all the original elements of the building, including timber walls, are retained. Walking distance to inner harbor with a bustling boating life and if you are early in the morning, you can often buy fresh fish from fishing boats by the quay. After approx. a 10 minute walk you are at the top of Fjellstuen. Modern apartment with two bedrooms. One large double bed (180cm), one 1.5 bed (120cm) + a large sofa. Parking space for one car included. Bus stop 10 meters from the apartment. The airport bus to and from Vigra airport also stops here.

Modern and renovated apartment on the 1st floor with a central location in quiet street with open living room/kitchen, large bedroom with double bed, clothes room, laundry room and bathroom. Grocery store and gym as the closest neighbor. 5 minutes walk until you are right in the city center. Good sun conditions in the apartment with a glimpse of the sea and mountain views. Just a drive away from popular mountain peaks. NB! No wifi in the apartment.

The apartments are beautifully located right on the waterfront and have sea view from all rooms. There are good opportunities for swimming and/or fishing just outside the door. The outdoor area appears to be untouched and is located close to Fru Inga restaurant. If you are lucky, you can experience animals that live in and by the sea up close during your stay. Among other things, it is possible to meet otters, sea eagles, whales, and seabirds.
