Right from the start, both Richard and Debra were kind and helpful in every way! They are friendly, and treated us extremely well, even helping me with my disabled husband, and carrying things to help us. The cottage is clean, well stocked, with nice linens and is tastefully decorated! The yard is beautiful and spacious, great for picnics and games. Located 1.5 miles from town, food and shopping. Such a fun and convenient place to stay! We were here for 3 months while shopping for a house, and it worked out perfectly!!

This is an exceptional destination. Absolutely beautiful and the river was very relaxing to hear. The mountains and the animals we saw were an added bonus. It is everything and more than we were hoping for. We will absolutely return.

Mike and Jana were amazing! the cabin was exactly how the photos showed. The cabin was hosts reached out and were so welcoming and receptive. the views from the deck are mind blowing! we even got to watch a thrilling lightning storm from the deck by the fire pit. There was only one negative... having to pack and know we had time return to adulting! thank you guys so much, we really needed that.

Such a beautiful home with so many options of things to do both indoors and outside. Everyone kept commenting on the fact that there were so many cute seating areas where people could gather to hang out. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and if anyone was looking for something or forgot something, we usually found it already there. This is a great compromise for those who have bookworms and those who prefer to stay active in their groups.

This place was stunning, cute and so peaceful, set out in the woods. I could just hear the birds in the morning and when it rained it was the best sound of relaxation. I stayed here while visiting family, working remotely some. I would seat outside during the day and work via my laptop in nature, it was amazing. Chris always responded with my questions and was very accommodating. I was only to stay 2 nights but ended staying the remainder of the week, it was the best place for me. It was close by to family. Thank you for sharing your place!! Will definitely be back on next visit if it is available.

If you’re looking for total relaxation and privacy, this is the place for you. Tranquil location, beautiful hosts, great facilities and it’s absolutely perfect for a weekend retreat or longer holiday. Ronni’s food is delicious, her prompt responses answered any questions I had and she is such a beautiful hearted person. The farm tour was educational and very enjoyable. This is my second visit and won’t be my last, that’s for sure. The river right in front of the accommodation is so relaxing and just beautiful. The people in this relaxed laid back town are like no other. So welcoming and friendly. I totally love it there and encourage you all to book here, you won’t be disappointed. It’s just beautiful..🩷

Cozy Secluded Getaway w/ Wood Stove Near Waterfall

My boyfriend and I had the best time here! We stayed for 3 nights, each day with different weather. The wood stove and heaters were enough to keep us warm during the night and the tent was super cozy during the storm. The ride up there on the trail wasn’t bad at all, we came in a Rav4. The place was a perfect combo of camping with basic necessities and still being out in the middle of nowhere. They had firewood ready for us to start a fire when we got there. They had everything we needed, a grill, grill utensils, firepit, firestarters, hot tea, towels, blankets, toilet paper, bug spray… the view from the deck is beautiful… we plan on coming back!

Tara’s place was just what my family and I needed. Beautiful neighborhood, lovely house. Also one of us thought she left a pair of glasses and Tara was very helpful confirming that she did, and agreed to mail them promptly, so helpful! If we stay in Johnson City again we’ll definitely choose Tara’s cute cottage again.

Excellent quite Lakeview home in beautiful Bean Station near Gilmore dock. House sits up high so the views are great fire pit carport table and ring game were all great.

Short distance from downtown Jonesborough. Traffic not to bad. Nice back yard that has the feeling of a small town park even though it's just were other backyards butt up against the property.

Gregg’s place is a home away from home—very clean and well-stocked with everything you might need, from cooking essentials and coffee to toothbrush kits, shampoo, and laundry supplies. The area is peaceful and feels safe. The backyard is fenced, making it perfect for your fur baby. I didn’t bring mine this time, but I noted that the place is pet-friendly. The host is very responsive. Even though pets are allowed, there are no signs of them—no smells or pet hair. Thank you! We will be back.

My family and our friends enjoyed our stay immensely! A highlight was sitting on the front porch and watching the kids play in the fenced in front yard. The smart TV in the second and third bedroom was very nice. The home was clean and we would stay here again, very conveniently located near Johnson City and Jonesborough.

Flawless check in process and easy fast communication with Adeline. The home was as advertised. Clean, comfortable, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Easy freeway access and a short drive to downtown Kingsport. Our K9 loved the gated backyard. Dollar General and gas station down the street if needed. Overall a great place that I will stay at again during my next visit.

M. offers a exceptionel nice Appartement which is perfect as well for a longstay. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and the quite environment. M. was extremely helpful in any case. We loved the nice decoration and the great view. We will definitively come back again.
