family night, Annie and Philippe's responsiveness was excellent despite a late last-minute booking. they took care to prepare the sofa bed for us knowing we would arrive late. Small bottles of water were in the fridge. Coffee pods, sugar, and sachets are available and it is very nice. Sheets, towels, gloves too. The accommodation is very clean.

A beautiful property, rural French charm outside but modern and clean inside. The garden is gorgeous with a big pool, plenty of seating and space for everyone. The cycle routes in the local area are fantastic, plenty of opportunities for cycling and walking. A short drive to Épernon and a 45 minute trip into Gare Montparnasse makes trips to Paris super easy. Very peaceful and quiet, a wonderful spot for a relaxing holiday.

the atypical accommodation is full of charm, it was very good in the house despite the humidity, everything was clear and well specified for a self check-in without the slightest worries, we will come back if the opportunity arises.

Very beautiful site, surrounded by nature, a little difficult to find at night and in the rain, but Loïc is very responsive and welcoming. A small apartment very pleasant and well arranged, perfect for my two-night professional stay.
