A charming small, older but renovated apartment on the 1st floor. It has about 50 m² and a slightly smaller bathroom with shower. The apartment is located on the outskirts of Hamburg in the beautiful Vier and marshland directly on Lake Oortkatener with surfing and swimming opportunities. Public transport and an Edeka can be reached in 10 minutes on foot, travel time about 40 minutes to the city center, can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. By arrangement, washing machine and dryer can also be used.

Peaceful Apartment-3 Zi, Loggia+Garden, Blankenese

Die moderne Ferienwohnung befindet sich im neu ausgebauten Dachgeschoss. Der Eingang ist separat über eine Stahltreppe von außen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 2 Minuten entfernt. Der Bus fährt eine Station bis zum S-Bahnhof Blankenese. Zu Fuß geht man 12 Minuten. Sowohl Bus als auch S-Bahn fahren alle 10 Minuten. In der Hauptverkehrszeit fährt die S-Bahn sogar alle 5 Minuten über Altona in die Innenstadt zum Hauptbahnhof und weiter zum Airport Hamburg. Parkplätze gibt es genügend auf der Straße.

This modern and fully equipped two room apartment with a wonderful view of the “Alstertal” offers many opportunities for relaxation, sports and other activities. Through the garden you have direct access to the “Alsterwanderweg”, perfect to go for a run, hiking or walking. In 10 minutes one can walk to the largest shopping center in Northern Germany, the AEZ and the rapid transit train station Poppenbüttel, from which one can reach directly the city centre. Also, the airport is not far away.

A central oasis of well-being & green surroundings

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: The S-Bahn is within 8 minutes' walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Beautiful City-Apartment next to Town Hall

Located within the Hamburg old town, my beautiful 40 square meter apartment is in the 3rd floor of an old office building, very quiet at night. It’s a great place for tourists and for business visitors as well, and you could hardly find a location more central. A lot of varied gastromy and the central shopping streets Neuer Wall, Jungfernstieg and Mönckebergstraße are in the immediate vicinity, you could reach the HafenCity by walk too as well as the famous Reeperbahn in 1,5 km distance.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich direkt an der Alster. Von dem Fenster und vom Balkon aus blickt man direkt auf das Wasser. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem hanseatischen Jugendstil Mehrfamilienhaus, welches im 19. Jahrhundert erbaut und in 2023 komplett saniert wurde. Sie ist im Neubauzustand, hat 4 m Deckenhöhe. Individuelle hochwertige Ausstattung, massives Eichen-Tafelparkett, wertvolle Paneele, Stuck, Originaltüren, handgearbeitete Einbauten, moderne Bäder.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

A beautiful end terrace house near Hamburg in a quiet cul-de-sac with a spacious garden, two terraces and an additional covered seating/dining area. The bright and modern rooms are very cozy and invite you to linger. It should be mentioned that the bedrooms are all accessible via stairs. The nature reserve with a large playground, as well as the Holstentherme, are within walking distance. HH Airport is about 25 minutes by car.

Romantic apartment in a quiet location

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away). Houseboat Sealodge on the Bille

Treat yourself to a few days off on our comfortably furnished houseboat Sealodge. Our houseboat is a fully furnished and heated apartment on the water. The boat offers a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, a couch with table and chairs in the living area, bathroom with shower, as well as kitchenette with kettle and coffee machine. Outside you can sit on the terrace and roof terrace.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay (32 sqm). The main train station is only two stops away, beautiful Alster is only a 10-minute walk away. Penny supermarket outside the door This is a parking zone. The parking ticket is ordered by me and costs you €3 daily. Quiet area, no parties allowed, no extra guests.
