The last part of this hallway is also used by the owner to a limited extent. There is car parking, covered parking for moto/bikes. There is a large garden. Children can also enjoy themselves in our beautiful treehouse with sliding door, swing,... There is also a covered terrace with lounge set where you can relax.

Welcome to Tiny Houses Ham "Houten Huisje", our cozy cottage, ideally located in the heart of the cycling and hiking paradise Limburg. This charming stay offers all the comfort you need for a carefree holiday. Our cottage is located in the back of our spacious garden, where peace and privacy are paramount. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and electric heating. We will provide towels, shampoo, soap.

Hammo is a great base for hikers and cyclists. The villa is particularly suitable for couples or groups of up to 10 people and has all the amenities and a fully equipped kitchen. Almost every room has its ensuite bathroom with shower, and toilet. The particularly spacious living room (70m2) and wooded garden give this location an extra asset. In the locked garage, you can safely store the bicycles. Ham is a stone's throw from Hasselt, Beringen, Leuven and Antwerp.

Our house is close to the entrance/exit of the E313, so large cities such as Hasselt, Bokrijk, Leuven are also easily accessible.

In the former house of our farmhouse from the 50s is located on the ground floor the wheelchair accessible apartment Den Beneje with a beautiful view over the meadows. At your own pace, you can completely unwind here and immerse yourself in the self-sufficient outdoors. Your dog can come for free! Our yard is accessible to our guests.
