A lovely stay. The cabin is in a peaceful situation and is well equipped with everything you need. The welcome basket of local goodies was much appreciated. Our dog loved the enclosed garden and the dog treats. Dawn and Rob were very welcoming and friendly. Good recommendations for local pubs - the ones we visited were very dog friendly. The weather wasn't great but we still managed to sit out on the covered decking. The cabin is a great little find and we hope to return next year.

Amazing and cosy Shepard's hut and lodges in peaceful surroundings. A really lovely atmosphere has been created with lots of lovely details. It was so easy to settle in and relax. Great location to access the Quantock Hills. Host is nearby and was very helpful and accommodating, helping us lock away our bikes for overnight.

What a wonderful place to go to for a weekend retreat. Beautiful home and surroundings and Rachel was very friendly and welcoming on my arrival. The chalet was spotlessly clean, luxurious and very homely. Everything was well equipped and every last detail thought of, and the bed was so comfy. Thank you for such a great break - I have recommended to family!

Blissful weekend away in the country! Carole was very friendly, welcoming and informative about the local area. The animals living in the garden of the cabin were such a treat to have around. They were very friendly & surprisingly quiet so if you want extra time to sleep in they’re really good at letting you have that. They’re really friendly and do come and say good morning when you’re up, they also come and say hi if you’re using the fire pit outside too which is lovely! The space itself is very cosy and the cabin is well put together will a lot of appliances you may need for cooking. There’s also plenty of things that keep you nice & warm including the wood burner, furry blankets & an electric blanket for the bed. We got the two Hampers, the breakfast hamper & cheese and crackers hamper. Carole was really helpful in accommodating for a gluten free person- the bread provided was very tasty for gluten free bread! Perfect place for a chilled out weekend x

Had a lovely stay in this wonderful Airbnb, one of the nicest we've stayed in, all of the little details were spot on and the place was decorated brilliantly. Easy flexible check in and check out and Mary was very helpful and communicative. Bed linen was wonderful! And the coffee machine and bath tub were hugely appreciated extras.

PERFECT! This stay was fantastic. Fay and David were the perfect hosts. Kind, accommodating, attentive, knowledgeable. The place itself was beautiful confortable and clean. The attention to detail on absolutely everything was outstanding. We had a lot of fun meeting the horses, pigs, chickens, ducks and of course the dog. Somerset is a gem with Exmoor and the Quantock Hills just nearby. I highly recommend this AirBnB, Fay and David deserve their own category of excellence.

Stayed here last weekend and i really didn’t want to leave. Couldn’t of asked for a better stay hopefully will be back at some point for some more bliss fishing

We had a lovely stay at Tadpole Retreat for two nights. The hut was spotless, warm and welcoming. The hot tub was lovely and also private with quiet surroundings :) great hosts who were proactive and very responsive. We cooked from scratch both nights and found the facilities were more than adequate to accommodate for that. Locally we went to Sheppys Cider Farm which had a lovely walk, animals to pet & a farm shop. Local garden centres lovely too and also not too far from East Quantoxhead & Kilve beach where we headed to on the way back towards Bristol. Thanks so much both! 😊
