This was my second time staying here and loved it just as much as the first! It's adorable, homey, and clean. My kids love the loft space and I love the outdoor seating and patio. You can walk to the Lake Sheridan Bar and Grill in just a few minutes. We definitely hope to stay again next year!

This is definitely a trip worth repeating! Tim’s home is beautiful, the views are stunning, and it’s the perfect getaway to escape and relax with family and friends! The photos posted on the listing match what we saw when we checked in. Tim was super responsive and made us feel like valued guests! His house rules are clear and easy to follow. My friends are extremely happy and recommend this listing to anyone thinking twice about it! We’ll be coming back for sure that’s how much we loved it 🫶🏼! Thank you again, Tim, for hosting my husband and I’s 30th birthday relax-cation! (P.S. if you’re coming to visit, make sure at least one morning you’re up before sunrise because that view was gorgeous!)

House is located in a quiet area with beautiful views & parking for 2 cars or more if you need it. Kitchen is well equipped. 2 bathrooms is so great for a bigger group of ppl. Washer & dryer always comes handy. There’s planty of towels & linens in case you need extras . There’s a cozy fireplace ( we didn’t use it since weather was in 70’s) Great place for a longer stay. Ours was short & not enough time to enjoy the views & area.

This home was an absolutely beautiful gateway for an 3 anniversary weekend with my girlfriend. The house was spotless clean with everything you could need. Beautiful views from everywhere in the house. Amazing kitchen fully stocked and 2 perfect bathrooms makes for a very convenient stay. The property was so beautifully filled with so much nature and I could stare at the lake all day. Wonderful fishing and birds all day. Truly a beautiful place all around and made for a perfect weekend filled with great memories.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! The house was as described. Alicia was super responsive and easily available to answer our questions. The house was spacious, cozy, and it was clean, although there were areas that weren't exceptionally clean, it didn't bother us. steep stairs, were a bit of concern as we had a senior relative in our party. It was a beautiful area, sadly we weren't able to take full advantage of all the amenities, as we were in Binghamton for graduation ceremonies—which was quite a drive —so we only got to enjoy the house a little. Definitely a nice place to enjoy being together as family to celebrate a major milestone in our lives. Thanks Alicia and Lenny!

Perfect Getaway! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an incredible stay at Silvia’s place! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was served as a beautiful background for photos and added a nice touch to the overall atmosphere. The location was fantastic, situated within walking distance of local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Make sure to stop in on Thursday nights at Crotti’s on Ash for live music & show Luke and Jackie some love. Silvia was an exceptional host, quick to respond to my questions and was flexible with our checkout time. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway or just a night away.
