We absolutely loved the place! Very private and a gorgeous location on the Toccoa River in Blue Ridge. We plan to go back!

The good: The space was exactly as described — clean, stylish, and in a great location. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was prompt and friendly. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels, coffee, and a sweet treat for when we entered. The bed was super comfortable, and overall, it felt like a home away from home. The not-so-good: Unfortunately, there were a couple of major issues that made the stay less than ideal. First, The Beds! They were super comfortable but you couldn’t get out of them. They had memory foam and you literally sunk into the bed which was really uncomfortable waking up or getting out of the bed. Secondly, The water inside the bathroom (pressure) and (temperature) there was something that just wasn’t right. The board games were missing things( the core things). Lastly, parking (abit) of a squeeze and tight for 2 average Vehicles to be parked on location. I hope you find this review helpful!

Our party of two appreciate Elizabeth’s quiet & clean spot and warm hospitality. The Cozy is the most well appointed with toiletries and kitchen essentials for a comfortable stay. The communications were spot on and helpful. Highly recommend.

Ms. Carla was a great host she went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her apartment is exactly as described it was so beautiful. The kids loved the movie theatre. We had to stay here as our home was under construction and it was our home away from home. She was an amazing host and I would come back. I can not express enough how thankful I am for Ms. Carla.

This was a lovely place to stay. Perfectly accommodating. If the stay involves anything medical, the Northside Hospital is only about a 7 minute drive. A gorgeous neighborhood with tons of trees, flowers, and birds for a relaxing recovery. Very peaceful with hospitable hosts.

We enjoyed our stay here. My best friend and I wanted to spend a few days in Atlanta and this place was perfect. Close enough to both the city and other attractions in the surrounding areas. It was large enough so that we didn’t feel cramped, and had pretty much everything we needed. Plenty of local stores and restaurants nearby. I’d recommend staying at Andrew’s listing and would stay again.

William’s place was perfect for our couples getaway! We loved staying in a such a quiet area with plenty of privacy while still being within walking distance of downtown Athens. Check-in was super simple and William was an excellent host. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Molly was a gracious host. Well appointed basement apartment with private entrance. Large peaceful backyard. Great for our two golden retrievers. Walkable neighborhood. Peaceful and quiet. Had a great time and would definitely recommend.

I stayed at Camille's place for one week while in Duluth for work, and my stay was wonderful. Located on an extremely quiet street in a peaceful neighborhood, not far from I-85 and minutes for the Gas South Convention Center and Arena. Parking is in the driveway. After entering through the digitally locked garage, the unit has a private entrance within the garage. The unit is the lower level of a three-story house, and is as spacious as the depicted in the pictures and everything was spotlessly clean. The bed and linen were very comfortable. While I didn't watch any TV, the internet was very fast and suitable for streaming media. Communication with Camille was excellent. Her replies were extremely fast and she cares about her guest's comfort. If you're looking for accommodation in the Duluth area, I would highly recommend Camille's place. So much so, I'll be returning for another stay!

Matthew was very easy to work with. He was able to accommodate us with ease. My husband’s ring was misplaced, and Matthew went above and beyond to help us retrieve it. The massage chairs were top tier.

Looks exactly like the pictures! Incredibly roomy, plush bed, nice fittings. Had lots of thoughtful touches that showed they're really intent on being good hosts, from labels on all the drawers and switches to show you what it goes to (instead of opening all the drawers and cupboards to find cups) to nice, thick towels, the good toilet paper, and even cotton face pads and Q-tips. Located in a super peaceful neighborhood surrounded by tall trees and cheeky squirrels. We didn't cook, but it looked like all the amenities were there. As it is a ground floor unit beneath the family's, there is a little noise of them walking around living their daily life. There was also a dog in the neighborhood (not theirs) that liked to bark frantically in the morning, at a distance. Nothing that disturbed me as a heavy sleeper, plus they're kind enough to provide a white noise machine, but if you can't tolerate a low level of noise (less than most apartment living, really) this might not be for you.

Fantastic stay! Basement apartment (very cutely decorated) in a well-kept older neighborhood. Well stocked with coffee and snacks, and best of all, fresh eggs from the backyard. Darci was always responsive and kind. I will definitely look for this property again if in the area.

Cindi was an awesome communicator and very transparent at all times! Her place is quaint and beautiful for anyone wanting to relax. I loved walking around the neighborhood and enjoying the peaceful nature.

wonderful stay. the unit is a well lit basement unit that is fully and very nicely finished with a back patio/yard/parking space in a cozy neighborhood in North East Atlanta. I would happily stay there again.

The space was perfect and Beverly was amazing! She greeted us when we arrived and was nice enough to provide refreshments. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Super nice couple. Very helpful when needed. Awesome experiencing their world in the midst of a very private and comfortable stay! Everything you need is there if not just ask! Very accommodating even with small children.

This little gem was exactly as the pictures show. Well lit and marked, Lacy made it easy to check in even when we had to arrive late at night. The place is decorated so cleanly, we could have enjoyed staying there a long time. Her welcoming touches were really appreciated!

Henry & Ruthie are very accommodating. Their units are in a private gated area, easy instructions were given to use the gates. The area makes me feel safe coming home late after work. Very clean units and hosts are quick to respond when you need them.

The place was great! So close to a beautiful park in The Prado area. Easy walk to anything you need on Peachtree. Perfect for a single or couple for a few days. Thanks! I'll be back!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here - we came for our one year anniversary and we left extremely refreshed and energized. Place was immaculately clean, backyard was magical, enjoyed the movie room, bed was comfortable - couldn’t have asked for more!
