Unique Woods Retreat ~ Quiet place in Nature

Our cabin in the woods is a quiet refuge, built with many unique features: a log cabin room with vaulted ceiling, log walls in kitchenette/upstairs small dinette seating area and log wall in sunroom. Carriage style Barn doors, from grandparents old chicken coop on our property. The gorgeous metal stair railing hand designed & laser cut with pine trees. Downstairs walkout basement has concrete log beams & posts, as well as some concrete tree branches. Trails are for quiet travel only, no motors.

A 1940's cottage right in the heart of quaint downtown East Tawas. East Tawas is located on Michigan’s Sunrise Side. The area is well known for its sparkling turquoise waters and clean public sandy beaches. Just two blocks to Newman St and you can enjoy local shopping and dining or the ice cream and chocolate shops, and the 1935 historic movie theater. Bring your boat and enjoy Lake Huron or catch some fish for dinner. Kayaks and canoes can be put in at various spots along the Au Sable River.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Outdoor paradise! 2 bedrooms and a sleeping loft plus a pull out queen sofa give lots of room! Cathedral ceilings with knotty pine everywhere! 0.3 miles from public Boat Launch and beach on beautiful all sports sand bottom Long Lake. Great fishing! Near trails for walking or 4 wheeling. 2 wineries, a microbrewery and many great restaurants/bars nearby. Outdoor camp fire ring and grill. This is Michigan up north as it was meant to be!

This cabin is fully functional and perfect for visiting family, hunting, fishing, ATV/ side-by-side/snowmobiling fun. Little Long Lake is an all sports lake that allow for speed boats, pontoon boats, jet skis, fishing boats and more. There are speed restrictions to allow for peaceful fishing. There at hundreds of miles of ORV trails as well as walking/hiking trails within a short distance. Also, there are a variety is bars, restaurants, party stores and golf courses nearby.

Cottage on the outside, cabin on the inside, this home has it all! LAKE, ORV trails, a stunning home, and best of all you can bring your fur babies (dogs only - $100 per stay). Ramp to front porch for more accessibility. Pontoon boat (10 person, $400 for the week).
