Central quiet and green with balcony

The flat in the 2nd floor without elevator (42 m² with balcony) is located in central quiet and green. 5 minutes walk to the tram, which takes you to the center in 8 minutes. Free parking around the building. Microwave, tea, coffee and smoothie maker available. For babies (under 2 years) no bed and towel are provided! The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. An attempt was made to combine historical with a modern standard, so dishwasher, oven, fridge, filter coffee machine are available in the built-in kitchen, but at the same time the historic masonry was preserved. A wood stove provides cozy, crackling warmth, an electric heater does not let you freeze if the wood stove stays cold. In the living room you will find SATELLITE TV and Wi-Fi in the entire house.

From April to October, a restaurant and museum in the annex can be visited in the afternoon or evening on weekends or public holidays. Cultural events such as musical theater, exhibitions and museums as well as city tours are a 15-minute drive away.

The newly built house is located in a quiet location 20km outside of Linz. The best and easiest way to reach it is via the motorway A7 exit Engerwitzdorf or by train from the station Lungitz. You have the whole first floor to yourself: The bedroom is lockable. You have your own bathroom with a bathtub and your own living room with a desk and TV. You can also use the pool. Final cleaning for free.
