Lovely home, filled with art and light. Wild and remote coast. Had a great time and our body was understanding when we briefly lost the key!

Really memorable stay. Cosy, comfortable cabin that suited us really well and provided a spectacular private view of the mountains. Pete was a welcoming host who generously provided the one thing we forgot to bring with us and helped make our time more memorable. Highly recommended and we would here stay again without hesitation.

Kimmies beautiful home is outstanding we felt privileged to stay there. The level of care & attention to detail made it a very special place to stay. There are several lovely walks just a few minutes drive away but really you won’t want to stray far. From the view , the hot tub, gorgeous decking & home comforts indoors including cosy rugs & throws. The kitchen is fantastically equipped if you want to cook even the most complex meal & the crockery, glassware & extra condiments that kimmie kindly provides. It’s also a first in NZ that we have been left some milk! Just a shame it’s so far from the uk otherwise we would come back again & again.. a must if you are travelling near Haaste ❤️

Such an amazing place! This space is so unique. Amazing views from the top and the noise of birdsong and the waves crashing is soothing. 10/10! Absolutely loved it.
