Wow, we loved it. From the location, the amenities and the warm welcome. The house simply invites you to relax and leave everyday life behind you. We were there with our three little kids and felt very welcome. There are plenty of toys, an indoor swing, and the net has been a big highlight with the kids. Sauna and hot tub are of course also very well received. The house is cuddly warm and very tastefully furnished and decorated with attention to detail. Kitchen is well equipped; we lacked nothing. Parking is available right next to the house and many activities are within walking distance, as well as a supermarket. We also found the warm welcome, with wine, coffee, card and a small gift :) the two are super sweet and eager hosts! We will always be happy to come back.

We had a lovely stay in this warm, cozy old farmhouse. The jacuzzi was lovely and the atmosphere in the house is unique. Aljanneke is an incredibly hospitable, cozy and warm host who immediately made us feel welcome. The house has every comfort: the kitchen and bathroom are perfectly equipped and everything is neatly clean and tidy. The house exudes tranquility, you feel right at home. There were a number of nice extras, such as homemade beers and homemade apple juice and jam. We actually wanted to stay in the house all weekend, but with Aljanneke's tips we also went to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the town of Zutphen. There is plenty to do, but the house itself offers enough comfort and tranquility that you don't even need to venture out. All in all, subject to repetition!

Had a very nice stay. Everything was thought of and we even celebrated Sinterklaas with our family. They even helped in this. Very nice contact and we would definitely come back.

The communication and coordination about our arrival and the stay was very pleasant, it was asked how we would like the room layout and where the baby cot could be ready. In terms of bed linen and towels, everything we needed was provided and clean. The house was tidy and sparkling clean, and equipped with every comfort, such as wood for the wood stove, closet full of books and magazines, toys for kids, wood for the stove, ping pong table, pool table and a shuffleboard!! The area is beautiful and there are plenty of beautiful hikes nearby or from the house. In short, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay!

Great stay! Everything neat, clean and complete. Ed welcomed us very kindly and showed us around, explained everything and then it was wonderful to relax. The city center is within walking distance and all kinds of other activities are also close by. Repeated!

Review The accommodation is a converted pig shed that has been renovated to the highest standards. It is post-rustic and enhanced by its rural location. I would describe it as quirky, very bright, and with extremely comfortable beds. It is located on the eastern side of Arnhem, with access to nearby public transportation only a five-minute walk away. The hosts were accommodating and friendly. I would use this Airbnb again.

Had a wonderful stay! With a husband and daughter of almost 4, we were allowed to stay 3 nights in this wonderfully quiet place. With all the sweet animals on and around the property, our daughter had such a great time ! Mia has spoiled us well with fresh flowers on a table , fresh oranges and freshly smoked eggs from the kippies . We felt at home and very much enjoyed the surroundings , autumn colors plenty on the heath of Gorssel ... Being able to take beautiful photos . We would like to come back again in the summer , Then we can shop right away in Mia's new shop 😉

We loved our stay at Birgit's place very much! The airbnb was spacious and had very good amenities (a very nice kitchen, shower and beds). Every morning we have breakfast overlooking the three horses in the field next to the cottage, really nice! Thank you Birgit for this fantastic stay!

What a lovely, relaxing place! Blissful Jacuzzi and sauna, really enjoy. Zutphen is also a very nice, cozy city. Not to mention; the host is very friendly and hospitable!

couldn't ask for a better experience. the appartment is great for disabled people, my fiance uses a wheelchair and had no problems getting around and using the bathroom. brittina is a great host super friendly, helpful and easy to reach. literally not a single bad thing to say about brittina or the appartment. will 100% stay again

Top location in Zwolle! You'll be in town in a minute. The communication with Jolanda was also very nice. We had a great weekend!

It is a particularly well and nicely furnished B&B, with all the comforts. A neat living room with fully equipped open kitchen and a separate bedroom. And spoiled in the morning with an extensive and luxurious breakfast!

We stayed 1 night but had a great time. Beautiful property and it exudes a lot of coziness on the inside. The assortment for breakfast is large and everything has been thought of. Annelies is very welcoming and the contact with her is good. Highly recommended and if we are in the area again and need an overnight stay, we will definitely come back here again.

We stayed 2 nights in your beautiful Airbnb. We were warmly welcomed. It was full of comforts and within walking distance of downtown. Paid parking was available in front of the door and there were several supermarkets. We had a nice weekend here. The property is recommended.

I was allowed to stay with Esther and Fred for a week. I had a fantastic week and it is definitely recommended if you are going on a cycling holiday! Here are some highlights: - Super nice bathroom with bathtub - Bicycle could be safely and covered in the shed. - The roof terrace from which you had a view of the Duivelsberg and the countryside. - The flexible check in and out through the lockbox. Special thanks to owner Fred who wanted to take me on a mountain bike tour of the Reichswald and Groesbeek area! If you stay in this cottage, I would definitely ask for this! Both hosts were very helpful and friendly, I'd love to come back here sometime!
