This newly renovated ground-floor apartment is located within walking distance of two beautiful beaches - 300m walk from Jimmy's Beach, and 600m walk from Bennett's Beach.
The property is located approximately 10 minutes walk from the local town centre where you can visit a variety of cafe's, restaurants and shops.

The property has a huge, flat, grassed backyard and large flat concrete area near the garage which is perfect for children playing games or riding bikes. The backyard area may be shared with three other apartment owners.
