Villa Olas is one of the 4 villas at Alma Tierra Mar - the soul of the land and the sea. The land will speak to you the moment you arrive. This gorgeous 2.5 acres of ocean view, tropical, hillside jungle on the pacific coast is right between Uvita and Dominical. You will feel the heartbeat of the jungle here - wake up to music of tropical birds and the ocean waves, feel inspired by the flight of a blue morpho butterfly riding the gentle sea breeze or listening to the call of the howler monkeys.

The space
Villa Olas is a spacious, open-air-studio-style villa, equipped with AC, that is the ultimate getaway. The living space is wonderfully light and modern offering a chic kitchen with open shelving, white, composite countertops, a large teak kitchen island with bar stools, and a cozy sitting area that opens to the covered deck and gardens. The sleeping space is tucked to one side. The beautiful teak hardwood bed is adorned with new hotel-quality mattresses and cool Egyptian cotton sheets. The king-sized bed can be converted into two twin XLs upon request. Opposite the king is a beautiful teak daybed topped with a twin XL mattress, used as a couch to lounge in the ocean breeze or as an additional bed. In total, Villa Olas sleeps 3 comfortably.

For Villa Olas enter the property from the main gate. Park at the end of the gravel driveway. The covered patio to your right will take you to the front door. The lock box is to the right of the door. Access codes will be given 24 hours prior to your arrival.

In between Domincal and Uvita, Alma Tiera Mar is in the heart of the elegant Escaleras community. The property is 8 minutes (2.2km) up the road from Hwy 34. Scala Restaurant (upscale lunch & dinner), Sibu Cafe & Coffeehouse (breakfast & lunch), Alexa’s Market (many western amenities), The Jolly Roger (a Pirate’s den renowned for their wings and burgers) and Eternity Day Spa or just 3 minutes down the hill from the property. From Hwy 34 Dominical is 7 minutes to the north and Uvita is 7 minutes to the south, each with a breadth of restaurants, shops, amenities, and eco-tourism destinations. Our favorite beaches are 4 minutes in either direction.
