-locked cabinets
-right most cabinet under the kitchen.
-shower room's under the sink cabinet
DO NOT TAKE OR USE ANYTHING FROM THESE CABINETS AS IT MAY BE FAULTY OR IT'S FOR THE CLEANER'S PERSONAL USE
Please do not adjust, remove, or reposition anything without consulting me first to avoid any damages.
PUTTING UP YOUR OWN PARTY/ CELEBRATION DECOR IS NOT ALLOWED. Please coordinate with me.
Other things to note
✨Only registered guests are allowed inside. Please bring your IDs with you. Do not lose/misplace the guest pass (fine P500)
✨Registered guests' names are submitted to the building admin for verification
✨Please advise your estimated check-in time. This is a self-check-in unit. Door access code will be provided once the unit is ready for check-in. We can't accommodate early check in and late check out. Check in starts at 2PM, check out 12NN.
We are located in tower 18, ground floor, just 2-3 minute walk from the entrance. Guest would have to walk up the stairs upon entrance as our lobby is currently under construction.

🟤CLAYGO. Please dispose your trash properly. A trash bag will be provided. Trash bin is located inside the garbage room in front of the elevator.
🟤Please always lock the doors for your safety.
🟤Please leave used towels on the towel rack inside the comfort room
🟤Turn on shower water heater if needed. Turn it off when not in use.
🟤Kindly clean and wash your dishes and put it back on the dish rack
🟤Always use the rangehood when cooking. LIGHT COOKING ONLY.
🟤Please use ONLY the silicon spatula when cooking to avoid scratching the pan
🟤Refrain from logging out Netflix and other accounts in the Smart TV
🟤Do not leave footwears, trash and/or other things outside the unit/hallway
🟤Please refrain from using any footwear on the buri mat
🟤For food deliveries, meet the rider at the tower lobby as they will not be allowed to enter the building
🟤Please settle any bills from the honesty store before checking out
❌Do not unplug any appliance
❌Please do not open the window
❌Strictly NO SMOKING inside the unit and within the vicinity of Trees Residences ( Php 5000 fine will apply for violators)
❌No parties or loud noises allowed. Quiet time starts at 9pm
❌Strictly No cooking of dried fish, shrimp, samgyup or any kind of food that has strong odor (Php 2000 fine will apply for violators)
❌Pets are not allowed
