A 29-sqm studio unit neatly equipped with:
FIBER Internet with high speed of up to 100Mbps
FREE Netflix access
Bed / Living Area:
a spacious double-sized bed; side lamps; sofa bed, extra pillow, and blanket for the 3rd guest; huge cabinet with hangers; clothing iron and small iron board; 1.5HP A/C and a fan; 32-inch TV with Netflix access; TV table; blackout curtains; painting and wall decor;
Kitchen / Dining Area:
a refrigerator; cooktop and electric range with exhaust fan; microwave oven; rice cooker; electric kettle; basic cooking utensils (except condiments); a dining set of 2, set of diningwares and silverwares; droplight; smoke detector and alarm;
Bathroom:
a water heater; toilet bidet; hair dryer;
Provision of the basic toiletries (i.e. bath towel, soap, shampoo, hand soap, tissue - NO TOOTHPASTE AND TOOTHBRUSH; NO SLIPPERS):
- stay of less than a week — ONLY ONCE PER GUEST FOR THE ENTIRE STAY
- stay of more than a week - ONCE A WEEK UPON REQUEST

As this is only a “free access” for our guests, failure to use the pool or any amenities due to temporary closure warranted by the condominium administration won’t grant any form of refund.
PARKING: We DO NOT have free parking and NO pay parking within the condo building. The nearest pay parking facility is located at Eastwood Citywalk which is a 3-minute walk to the condo building
