Located in an upscale, quite neighbour on a cul de sac with a trail leading off the street to Gander’s own boardwalk walking trail at Cobb’s Pond Rotary Park. Most amenities provided- including a washer and dryer available for use. Wi-Fi and Cable provided.

The space
Self contained 2 Bedroom basement apartment that has ground level windows with lots of natural light. You will have your own washer and dryer, an open concept living room with an eat- in kitchen and one bathroom. Both bedrooms have double closets with a dresser in the primary bedroom closet and a storage shelf in the other bedroom closet.

You will find the kitchen fully equipped with most utensils, dishes, and cookware you can need for a short stay.
We provide salt and pepper, cooking oil, sugar, coffee mate along with coffee to get you started for your stay.

Linens and towels are provided; starter toilet paper & paper towel.
We have some back up supplies in case you forget in the linen closet; shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste & and a hair dryer.

Guest access
You will have the full access to the apartment for yourself with the exception of the storage closet in the kitchen that will be locked and unavailable for your use.

Other things to note
We have a keyless entry for self check- in and check out. Very user friendly and the code will be provided 24 hours before check-in. We have a video door bell so if you need to communicate with us at check-in that’s another option.
