Quirky design & breathtaking views await you at Ty Deryn Y Mor offering a relaxed, contemporary space with uninterrupted sea views & private access to the beach. Watch eye watering sunsets from the vast outdoor decking in the evening, & then a spot of stargazing. Set in an AONB, the Anglesey coastal path is just a few seconds from the house.

The space is perfect for couples, families & friends relaxing, having fun & making memories. We accept up to 2 house trained and well behaved dogs.

The space
The entrance porch is home to the washing machine and dryer along with space for shoes and personal belongings.

On the ground floor we have an open plan bespoke kitchen and diner with huge windows maximising the views from every angle.

The spacious lounge is separate and has a corner sofa, log burner for those colder nights and patio doors leading out onto the decking.

Also on the ground level we have a shower room with w/c.

Up the narrow stairs we have 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious with super king bed, a chaise longue situated underneath the window, dressing table and ladder for hanging clothes.

The two remaining beds are situated on the mezzanine next door to the master bedroom. Both beds are king size and separated by a curtain. There is no door to this bedroom, it is open plan.

Also upstairs is a bathroom with shower, w/c and stand alone bath tub.

We have a large enclosed garden with the sea as the backdrop, with lockable gate leading to steps down to the beach. The main house adjoining the Annexe is also an established holiday let, owned by ourselves.

Outside we have an enormous decking running all along the back (beachside) of the house and down the side, with wide steps down to the garden.

On the decking we have 4 lounging chairs as well as a gas fuelled Weber BBQ housed on a BBQ area built with stone from the local quarry. We also have a wooden dining table with benches.

There is ample room for 2-3 cars outside the main house (Annexe also shares the same driveway).

The famous Anglesey coastal path runs behind the house so can be accessed in a few seconds.

We also have the adjoining Annexe listed on Airbnb (which doesn’t accept pets I’m afraid due to owner allergies). Both houses could be booked for larger families if needed and house details can be found under our listings or simply message us to find out more

Guest access
Full access to the whole house, decking and private garden.

Other things to note
Between 1 October and 31 March, we provide logs and kindling enough for at least 1 fire (if not 2) and are placed by the log burner for your arrival. More supplies can be purchased locally.

The outdoor gas Weber BBQ is available for your use between 1 April until the end of September, and we provide BBQ utensils and gas for fuel. We also provide a BBQ cover and ask once you’ve finished using the BBQ and it has cooled, the cover is replaced and secured fastened (otherwise may end up in the sea!). This helps protect the BBQ and its mechanisms from the salty air.

Please take care with the steps down to the beach. They are man made and therefore, uneven in height and can at times become a little muddy and are subject to the natural elements, so please take care and wear appropriate footwear. Please note there is no hand rail.

The internal staircase up to the bedrooms is also narrow and with shallow steps, so please also take care.

Please note the lane leading up to the house is a shared access lane owned by the local farmer. It is uneven in places so please take care especially upon entry onto the lane from the road. If you have any questions about suitability for your car, please message us.
