You can enjoy in a private space without worrying about the surroundings by renting a whole building.
Total floor 133 ㎡ 3LDK. There are three bedrooms.
Living dining is a remnant of the original weaving factory and has a spacious space of more than 30 tatami mats.
It is a property that renovated an old private house built 35 years ago.
There are some antique places, but it is sold in Showa Retro.
Everything around the water has been renewed with renovation.
Unlike the newest airtight houses, it is cold in winter and cool in summer.
However, even in the middle of winter, firewood stoves, commercial oil stoves, air conditioners, etc. are in each room, and it becomes warm.In winter, short sleeves are not possible.
Please fully enjoy the spacious space that cannot be tasted in ordinary residential buildings and the retro atmosphere of Showa.
There is a work desk & monitor (TV sharing), so teleworking and remote work are also possible!

There is a goat!
There are two goats in the field all year round.Latte (♂white) & Mocha (♀black)
You are more than welcome to interact with the goats and the electric fence, but it is dangerous to touch the electric fence.(Adults are about to come, but please be careful with your children)
Please switch off the electric fence when your children interact with the goats.
Make sure to turn the power to “continuous” afterwards.
There is a water drink for goats.
Please check if the water is gone.
If there is no, please bring in the water from the outside.
