The space
WHAT TO EXPECT WITHIN THE PROPERTY
The treehouse can accommodate five guests.
There is one airconditioned bedroom located on the upper floor with an 80-inch round bed, a double day bed and a single pull out bed. Additionally, a mezzanine with three single floor mattresses to accommodate more guests. A toilet and outdoor shower are located the top floor.
The lower floor is an al fresco space where you can find the kitchen, dining area and the outdoor jacuzzi. Guests must be well-accustomed to sharing both the upper and lower floors together as it is an open space.
FIRST TIME IN THE FOREST?
Our cleaning standards are at the highest but this does not guarantee zero encounters with the occasional spider, frog, lizard, mosquito, or other insects. Please do not attempt to touch them. If you need help with these encounters, please don't hesitate to contact one of our in-house staff. Do not panic, animals are friends.
Guests are encouraged to follow these instructions:
- Draw the mosquito net curtains closed in the living area before dark.
- Keep lights minimal at night to avoid insects.
- Turn on the insect repellent lamp provided.
It's important to consider all these before booking - remember that you are guests immersed in nature. Be also prepared for a complete off-the-grid experience.

- There's a specific area within the property for BBQ.
- Select drinks and other goods are available at the reception.
- Laundry services are provided at added costs.
- Bins are emptied out daily; beds are made daily, linens and towels changed as required.
- Reception is available daily from 6am to 9pm.
- CCTV coverage is provided for security.
- In case of blackout, there is a property-owned generator for backup.

Other things to note
PRE CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS
Upon confirmation of your booking, please submit the complete names of all guests checking-in. Only endorsed guests shall be allowed access to the property. All guests are required to submit valid IDs (passport for foreign visitors and any government-issued ID for locals). All guests are required to sign a waiver for non-liability upon arrival which means the treehouse cannot be held liable for any damages, loss, or injury while checked in. Only guests who submit all pre check-in requirements are allowed access to the property.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in time is at 2pm. Check-out is at 10am. Please be guided that all guests need to check-in and out at the exact times as the staff needs ample time to prepare for the next guests.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of P2,000 is required prior check-in. This is fully refundable upon check out provided no damages inside the property incurred during the stay and if check-out schedule is followed accordingly.

QUIET TIME POLICY
To ensure a peaceful and serene experience for all of our guests, we kindly ask that quiet time begins at 8:00 PM.
Many visitors choose to stay at the Treehouse for moments of solitude, reflection, and recuperation, and we strive to maintain a tranquil atmosphere for everyone.
