Welcome to @TinyHouseJora. We are Jordy and Vera and if we, friends or family are not staying in it, we are happy to share the Tiny House with you! It is the ideal place to retreat into nature for, for example, a romantic getaway or an alternative home workplace. In the wooded area, right across from the entrance to De Hooge Veluwe National Park, you can enjoy hiking and biking. Or you can relax in the hot tub, by the fireplace or just on your terrace.
The space
In front of Tiny House Jora, you have your own terrace with a parasol and chairs. When you walk in, you immediately walk into the sitting area, with laptop table, TV and pellet stove (The Tiny House is gas-free). Behind the seating area you will find the dining area and kitchen, equipped with a 2-burner electric hob, fridge (with freezer compartment), combination microwave, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. At the back of the Tiny House is the bathroom, with a toilet, sink and shower. At the top of the loft is a double bed (160cm wide). From your bed, you can look at the stars through the skylight. Under the stairs to the loft, a handy storage cabinet has been built with doors where you can store jackets, among other things.
Tiny House Jora is located at EuroParcs De Hooge Veluwe (Tiny House 17), right across from the entrance to De Hooge Veluwe National Park. Therefore, you can use the facilities of the park including fitness/wellness, playgrounds, bicycle/e-chopper rental (unfortunately no mountain or gravel bikes yet), restaurant, snack bar, breakfast and dinner boxes, mini market and laundry.
Guest access
You will have the entire Tiny House at your disposal. Our Tiny House is located together with 5 other Tiny Houses in the back of the park on a well-maintained, wooded area. The hot tub and the fireplace are shared with the other Tiny House guests.
The stay includes a car pass so you can park your car behind the Tiny House.
From Arnhem Centraal, it is a 20-minute drive by Bus 9 to the Schaarsbergen Koningsweg stop (20 minutes), opposite Pannenkoekenhuis Den Strooper. From there, it is another 10-minute walk to the entrance of EuroParcs De Hooge Veluwe.

CAUTION:
Unfortunately, we cannot manually adjust exceptions for modified check-in and check-out days around school holidays and public holidays in the AirBNB environment. Please contact us first if you want to book around these periods to avoid disappointments (cancellation).

Please read the information below carefully. We have compiled this based on frequently asked questions from tenants and feedback.
Handy to bring:
* shampoo and hand soap
* salt, pepper and oil (for cooking)
* Hand and kitchen towels (Bed linen is included, but the bed must be made by yourself)
* Nespresso cups (also available at the reception).
For €22 per person, you can take a comfort package:
- Towel package
- Bathroom set (shampoo and the like)
- Kitchen towel package
- Beds are made up upon arrival
(Please indicate prior to booking, then we can process this in the price)
Further points of attention:
* Early check-in (1 p.m.) and/or late check-out (12 p.m.) is possible for €37.50 each (you can let us know by message)
* The bedroom on the loft is low, so you can't stand upright.
* It is a shared hot tub with no reservation system. First come, first served. In practice, we have never had any problems with this with tenants of the other 5 Tiny houses. We have even shared the cost of the wood with other tenants who also wanted to use it😁. Wood for the hot tub is available at the reception (€25, 2 bags, more than enough to heat the hot tub). Heating then takes about 3 hours in summer, and 4-6 hours in winter. Then the hot tub will stay warm for a long time! (You will also receive detailed instructions in advance on how to do this most conveniently)
* Pets are welcome (maximum 2). Facilities such as a feeding bowl and the like are not provided. If you wish to stay more than 5 nights with pets, please contact us first. There is an additional charge of €5 per pet per night extra (unfortunately we can only process a fixed surcharge in the AirBNB app, no variable).
* To use the gym, you must reserve a time slot at the reception in advance.
* The park website indicates that the park has a swimming pool. Since we believe it is very outdated, we have deliberately not included it as a facility in this ad.
