Perfect for families, barkadas, and group getaways, our thoughtfully designed space can accommodate up to 12 guests while maintaining a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.

Guests also have access to premium building amenities, including:

Booking Details:
The standard rate already includes accommodation for the first 5 guests. To maintain comfort and proper preparation of the space, an additional fee applies for each guest beyond the initial 5 persons.

The whole apartment is available for you to use except the storage room under the stairs which contains all the cleaning materials for the unit.

Parking Information: 🅿️
Guests have access to paid parking slots conveniently located just outside the lobby facing EDSA. The parking fee for Cars is ₱50 for the first three hours, with an additional charge of ₱20 per hour thereafter. For those needing overnight parking, the rate is ₱200 for a 12-hour duration. It’s half the price for motorcycles.
Swimming Pool Access: 🏊
The swimming pool, located on the roof deck, offers stunning views of the BGC and Makati/Manila skylines. To use the pool, guests are required to register and obtain a pool pass from the Admin Office on the second floor.
Pool Policy:
1. Pool Pass: Secure a pool pass before using the pool preferably 2 days before your arrival. There are two options, Rooftop Pool and Indoor Pool in T1.
2. Booking: Schedule your preferred date and time at least 2 days before your arrival. Pool access hours are from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday to Sunday. (Closed on Mondays for maintenance.)
3. Fees: We are delighted to offer free pool access for the first 2 guests; additional guests are charged ₱200 per person for 1 hour pool usage.
4. Payment: Payment for the additional guests beyond the 2 free passes should be made at the Admin Office, preferably two days in advance, to secure your preferred slot. The Admin Office is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and is closed on weekends and holidays.
5. Assistance: Please inform us in advance if you require assistance in obtaining your pool pass and processing the payment.
6. Post-Swim: After using the pool, please change into dry clothes before using the elevator.
7. Adhere to all pool safety precautions.
8. Children below 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Gym Policy:
1. Please note that the gym is a private commercial facility located on the 2nd floor of the building and charges ₱250 per visit. Please check their pricing for the weekly and monthly rate.
2. Pricing might change without prior notice.
3. The gym is open from Monday to Sunday from 5am to 10pm daily and subject to change without prior notice. Operating hours might change on weekends and holidays.
