Available for short or long term stays, The Dappled Deck is a clean & modern cottage, with a balcony, fenced courtyard and private garage. The Dappled Deck offers WiFi, TV with DSTV, Air Conditioning and security alarm with a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath/shower, a leafy dappled balcony "in the tree" with a gas barbecue and a courtyard below with a Weber Braai.
The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, electric oven & gas hob/stove, microwave, toaster, and kettle.

Once you’re through the front door, there is a short flight of stairs into the living area. Although we love children, the stairs and balcony probably aren’t ideal for little ones.

Other things to note
The Cottage is non-smoking however you are welcome to smoke out on the the balcony or below in your private courtyard.

Our gorgeous wooden floors were laid in a very traditional manner which allows for movement and gives a softer feel to the feet. Sadly this does result in some *creaking* which we hope will just add to its charm. We do ask that you limit the movement of furniture to prevent scratching

Our African sunsets are something to behold and Blouberg Beach with its views of Table Mountain is stunning. It is also known as one of the best Kite Surfing spots in the World.

Conveniently nestled between the beaches of Blouberg & the Winelands of Durbanville Hills with easy access to public transport.

We are a social family who love our animals, the outdoors and of course our beautiful beaches and wine lands of the Cape. The Dappled Deck is totally separate from the main house, with its own entrance and garage. Sitting on the deck “in the tree” is something truly special.
