Just beyond the common area you’ll find a built-in stone grill and a cozy elevated garden—ideal for barbecues as you gaze at the lake’s reflection.

Descend the exterior stairs to water level and discover:
– A pool garden with an additional half-bath.
– An unheated outdoor pool with an optional shade canopy.
– Two umbrellas and some plastic chairs (guests are encouraged to bring their own loungers or beach chairs).
– A private dock where boats or jet skis can tie up directly to the property.

– Bedrooms are located in elevated buildings, accessible via stairs from the common area.
– Each level offers privacy and unique views.
– Connectivity note: Wi-Fi is strongest on the ground floor and in nearby rooms; signal may be weak or unavailable on upper levels.

– Daily cleaning of common areas; bedrooms are cleaned only at checkout.
– A cleaning/kitchen attendant (8:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.) can prepare breakfast and lunch using your ingredients.
– A night watchman and the cleaning attendant each have their own separate rooms on the property for 24-hour service.

– Terraces & corridors connecting all these spaces.
🚫 Restricted Areas
– Bedrooms not included in your reservation.
– Staff quarters (cleaning and night watch).
– Any closet or door locked with a key, even within common areas.
