Our villa is located on approximately 1.5 acres of private land, and the house and garden areas are for your exclusive use during your stay. Thanks to its quiet and calm location, you can start the day with the sound of birds and enjoy the fresh air and nature.

For your comfort, all bedrooms and living areas have air conditioning. In addition, free high-speed Wi-Fi access is available throughout our villa. Thanks to the smart TV, you can connect to Netflix and other digital platforms and watch the content you want.
There is a small sales and promotional area on the middle floor for our guests who want to experience the local flavors of the Black Sea. Here, sugary hazelnut butter prepared using traditional methods, unsweetened hazelnut butter made from 100% hazelnuts, and various jams made from seasonal fruits are available for an additional fee. Our guests can try these products during their stay or take them as gifts for their loved ones.
All windows have fly nets, so your comfort is maintained while you enjoy the fresh air. Garden and perimeter lighting are available for nighttime use. The stairs in our villa are supported by sturdy handrails for safe use.

Cleaning Service
Sweet Dacha is delivered to all our guests on the day of check-in, thoroughly cleaned and hygienic.
For stays of 10 days or more, a one-time free interim cleaning service is provided for the comfort of our guests.
For stays of less than 10 days, additional cleaning service can be provided for an additional fee upon request. Just contact us during your stay for cleaning service.
