The detached smoke and animal-free vacation home is located on water park yn e lijte (Frisian for in the lee) in Grou.

The vacation home is located on 280 m2 of private land with a garden on the southeast and on the other side a balcony so you can enjoy the sun all day. The garden has a large lounge sofa with cushions and a six-person dining table. The garden is enclosed with a wooden fence. There is free Wi-Fi and TV available. In the cozy living room, there are armchairs and a corner sofa.

The space
The kitchen has a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, induction hob with four cooking zones, an extractor hood and a combi microwave.

In the living room, you can relax in one of the comfortable armchairs or on the corner sofa. There is Ziggo available with the standard transmitter package and WiFi. You will receive the WiFi code with the check-in info.

The dining table has 6 chairs.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms. Number one has a double box spring with the size 180 x 200 cm. Number two has two single box spring beds which you can also put together if you want a double bed.
Number three has a bunk bed. Each room has its own color theme and is equipped with blackout roller blinds and front curtains.
In the room with the bunk bed, there is a camping bed for the little ones. The size of this bed is 120 x 60 cm.

Dogs, cats and other pets are not allowed due to an allergy to pets in our family. We also use the house ourselves. Even dogs that do not shed leave skin flakes that activate the allergy.
If a dog does enter the house, a fee of €150 per night will be charged plus a final cleaning of €500.
