Welcome to Starbase, a tranquil waterfront home situated on a 10-acre lot on the Bay of Quinte.

Meticulously designed by architect Martin Liefhebber (2006), the exterior spaces were reinvented in 2021 by architect Brian O’Brian. A brand new professional pickleball half basketball court was added in 2023. This private 2000 sq ft home is spacious and ideally suited for gathering with family and friends.

The space

This home has six outdoor areas:
1. rooftop patio perfect for enjoying the sunset or stargazing
2. barbecue patio in the back for alfresco cooking
3. waterfront deck with dock for swimming, fishing, bird-watching (dock available only from late April to early October)
4. dining pavilion with enough room for 10-12
5. cozy yet spacious fire pit area
6. professional pickleball half basketball court

Main Floor - kitchen, dining area, living area, along with the master bedroom

The 2nd floor - two bedrooms, each with a full 3-piece ensuite bathroom, a spacious breezeway, and access to the rooftop deck.

Included for your enjoyment:
- Kayak, canoe, standup paddleboard (summer months)
- 2 adult lifejackets and 2 kids (4-6 years) life jacket
- Assorted beach toys, soccer ball and goals, badminton rackets, pickleball and basketball equipments
- Extensive perennial flower and herb garden for you to use during your stay
- Firewood

Kitchen includes:
- coffee machine, coffee grinder, toaster, Chef knives, kitchen shears, can opener, braiser, dutch oven, cast iron pan, fondue set, baking sheets, cutting boards, colander, plates, bowls, platters, tongs, BBQ tools, steak knives, cutlery for 8, chopsticks, meat thermometer, cheese grater, small blender, measuring cups and spoons, children's plates and bowls.
