The space
Welcome to a little slice of heaven in Roses, facing the sea, completely renovated in 2023. The property has direct access to the beautiful Canyelles beach, just a 2-minute walk away, as well as private parking at the foot of the residence. Its prime location allows you to enjoy restaurants, shops and a shuttle to the center of Roses, all within walking distance. The communal areas include a shared outdoor area with a charcoal barbecue and deck chairs.
