🚭 No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and around the property, including electronic cigarettes.
📷 Security Camera
For safety purposes, a security camera is installed outside the entrance.
🧺 Towels & Linens
Towels and bed linens are not replaced during your stay.
Please use the washing machine and indoor drying rack if needed.
For long stays, please contact us.
🗑 Garbage
Please separate garbage according to the labels on the bins.
🏠 About the House
There are two bedrooms on the second floor.
The stairs are steep, so please be careful, especially with children.
Please close the sliding door (fusuma) near the stairs for safety.
・Balcony
Children should not use the balcony without adult supervision.
・Bathroom
The bathtub is relatively small.
If you prefer a larger bath, we can recommend a nearby public bath (about 15 minutes by taxi).
・Laundry
The washing machine is on the second-floor balcony (no dryer).
You may also use a coin laundry about 5 minutes away.
・About a Bicycle
We perform basic inspections, but please be cautious in case of unexpected breakdowns or accidents.
If you experience a breakdown or flat tire, we can direct you to a nearby bike shop.
To prevent theft, please be sure to lock your bicycle.
Also, when parking at stations or other locations, please use the designated bike racks.
Bicycles parked on the street may be towed.

Lost key fee: ¥20,000.

Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we kindly ask guests to be respectful of our neighbors.
