The space
This very up-to-date, well-cared-for exclusive upper portion (approx. 2,600 sq ft) offers modern luxury living with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms featuring 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 1 twin (luxurious linens). It includes a full kitchen with high-end appliances, dishwasher and gas stove, plus filtered drinking water on each floor. Enjoy high-speed fiber optic WiFi, smart TVs in all rooms, and three private oceanfront decks with breathtaking Pacific views. You also have access to the private community pool and pavilion (shared with the community, no reservations required).

You have exclusive use of the top two floors and your three dedicated oceanfront decks. You also have access to the private community pool and pavilion (shared with the community, no reservations required). The first-floor apartment (when booked) is completely separate with no shared living areas. Onsite security is provided.

• Check-in instructions are provided digitally.
• The elevated decks offer stunning west-facing sunsets.
• We have two high-speed internet connections — fiber optic and cable — so you should never have any connection issues.
• Uber picks up directly from the house for those who prefer not to drive. Nearly every restaurant in Playa Hermosa and Jacó offers delivery to the door.
• Quiet hours after 10 PM to preserve the peaceful refuge atmosphere.
• No smoking inside.
