Centrally located with many wonderful pubs, restaurants and independent stores the area has in recent years become the European hub of the technology multinationals. The area’s transformation is typified by the Bolands Quay development visible from the top floor. It was a large mill and has now been redeveloped as Google’s EMEA headquarters.
