Modern beautiful and fully stocked chalet in PRIME POSITION along Big Muster Dr, just next to the shuttle bus to Hotham! SHEER BLISS is indeed your blissful home away from home! Everything you'd expect in a top accommodation, essentials provided complimentary. A lock up garage is a plus especially on ski season. Accommodates up to 8 guests who are seeking for a comfortable, affordable yet not compromising on cleanliness, amenities and location.

ABOUT THE SPACE
Sheer bliss is a large spacious 3 bedroom Chalet with 2 full bathrooms and wardrobes in each room. It has a garage for 1 large car and driveway to fit another large car.
The chalet caters for 8 people very comfortably with plenty of room for all guests.

WHAT MAKES US SPECIAL
- ALL linen is provided
- kitchen is fully equipped to cook meals for all guests, including basic condiments provided and all pots, pans, utensils and cooking equipment eg. Rice cooker, bread maker (BYO flour), slow cooker, electric mixer and a COFFEE MACHINE (BYO beans!!
- wood fire place and electrical NOBO heating in each room
- FREE WIFI
- smart TV with NETFLIX available complimentary, and STAN to log in to
- 1 car garage with room for an extra car in driveway
- red gum firewood provided
- drying room for guests
- laundry with Miele washer and dryer
- kids toboggan and snowball makers to borrow

THINGS TO BEAR IN MIND:
Shoes OFF and NO SMOKING please. Be aware that you will be charged a double cleaning fee if the smell of smoke is detected. Thank you for your cooperation, we truly appreciate it!

PARKING
Two parking spaces is guaranteed for your stay, one just in front of the property on the driveway and one in the garage. If you have more than two cars, a free carpark area is available near DP ski slope area (250m from sheer bliss) for summer (not winter). For winter season JD plains/hut (2km towards hotham from sheer bliss) provides an overflow parking overnight.

The entire chalet is a private condo and all areas accessible by guests.

Other things to note
PRICING: due to the new adjusted airbnb servicing fees, the nightly stay price has been adjusted to show the true price. To avoid, selecting your nightly stay, then airbnb adding fees on top. So our nightly stay reflected is still remaining same as before, however nightly price increase is just reflecting the additional airbnb service charges

The bus stop is out front of the chalet to shuttle to Mt Hotham snow fields during the snow season.
Sheer Bliss is located 10min drive to mt Hotham central (the main ski lift). and 200m from the DP skiing and tobogganing area.
It’s a 5min walk to dinner plains main hub, including pubs, cafes, info centre, hoys hire etc.
Out the back of the property, you can see the walking and biking tracks and have a view of the beautiful landscape the mountain has to offer.

I live in swan hill and my mum, whom is sole owner of sheer bliss, lives in Shepparton. Regardless of first time visitors to the snow or regulars, we are happy to answer any questions.
