COVID-19
The Cottage has its own garden, away from the Farmhouse, and is almost a mile from other properties, making it an ideal place to relax and get away from it all. Once a booking is confirmed, the calendar will automatically block out a day on either side to allow time for the Cottage to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between visits. This will be carried out in accordance with Air BnB’s Covid Cleaning Protocol and The National Tourist Organisations of Great Britain & Northern Ireland COVID-19 Industry Standard.

IF A GUEST DEVELOPS COVID-19 SYMPTOMS DURING THEIR STAY, in line with UK hospitality guidelines, they must inform the Host and will be advised to check out and return home to self isolate according to the current government guidelines. A refund will be given for the outstanding remainder of their booking. If the guest has acute symptoms, seek medical help immediately. Should a guest have to remain in isolation at the Cottage, they will be liable for the full cost of accommodation during the length of their stay, plus any additional costs (such as food, extra cleaning).

SHOULD YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING due to a change in Covid regulations (e.g. local lockdown), or one of your party showing symptoms, I am happy to provide a full refund (less any AirBnB charges) or rearrange dates any time up to the day of arrival. Please don't travel if you feel unwell!
