The experience at Cabana da Floresta (@Seba_Ranch) begins on the journey. We are almost an island – access is by a boat transfer (included in the accommodation) on a 28-foot speedboat, with great comfort and incredible views!
The cabin is fully integrated with nature: large windows in every room guarantee a breathtaking view of the reservoir - even from the bathroom!
Here, you can swim, kayak, fish, hike, or just hang out on the couch and connect with the surroundings.

The space
A Cabana da Floresta, from @Seba_Ranch, is an exclusive refuge for those looking to disconnect and stay in the peace of nature.
Here, even the way is already part of the experience: the access is made via water, in the Paraibuna Dam, on a comfortable boat, and is included in the accommodation.
📍 LOCATION
On the edge of the dam, the Forest Cabana was built sustainably, without the need to fall trees. Private and camouflaged in the native and wild forest, all rooms have a breathtaking view of a multitude of tranquil waters, thanks to the large windows.
The hut is located within the Sebá Ranch complex, in front of the Paraibuna Dam, where peace and tranquility are guaranteed, but it is worth remembering:
The only market in the region is 6 km away.
- There are no drugstores, restaurants or supermarkets nearby
In contrast, what is not lacking is quiet and genuine contact with nature.
We, Fernanda and Bruno, live in the headquarters of Sebá, only 200m from the hut. This ensures total privacy for guests, but we're also always around to help with anything you need to!
🛄GET DIRECTIONS
Our refuge is almost an island! Although road access is possible, the best way to reach is by boat, sailing through the dam. The transfer on a 28-foot boat is included in the stay — it's about 20 minutes to the cabin (approximately 40 minutes in total, round trip). A charming experience that still allows you to enjoy the beauties around the Sebá Ranch.
🔹 Trajeto:
1️. Take the Tamoios Road to the Fishing of Laércio, which is on the right side in Tamoios, coastal direction.
2. At the fishery, park your vehicle. Don't worry, it's safe to leave the car at the fishing spot, we also left ours parked there.
3. We will welcome you and bring your luggage down.
4. We will transport you by boat to the Forest Hut.
5. The landing takes place directly on our pier, from where we will climb to the cabin with your bags and shopping.

Although we do not serve meals, we value your convenience and offer our own market with essentials and amenities such as rice, coffee, pasta, flour, tomato sauce, cream, etc. A few days before check-in, we'll send you a link to the products available so you can plan your purchases.

The hut was built on a hill, requiring stairs to access different levels. From the room, one stairway leads to the bathroom, while another, in the same environment, leads to the mezzanine, where the bedroom is.

We recommend bringing only bags that you can carry without help.
Access from the pier to the cabin includes a small staircase and a dirt road, so light luggage makes the journey easier.
🐶🐱 PET FRIENDLY
We are pet friendly. Dogs and cats who live well with other animals are welcome. Remember that we are in a wild environment, shared with our pets: the dog Tião and the cats Bartolomeu and Zacarias, who often stroll around.
We charge a small cleaning fee per night of R$100.
