Our traditionally decorated cottage is surrounded by nothing but a huge garden. You can spot the turtles on the private little beach or salute the sun from your own terrace.

We live with very friendly cats who like to visit and welcome each of our guests :) They even sometimes decide to hang out with them throughout their stay. If you have a pet allergy we'd kindly like to warn you about the presence of our feline friends.

The space
Please keep in mind that Stone House is located in the middle of nature, and bugs are a part of nature. We regularly maintain pest control in and around the house, while also providing our guests with repellents and sprays. We live in their environment after all :)

Located in Peninsula, our lot has no neighbors but maquis. We have a little private beach on the rocks with 3 separate platforms. There's also an outdoor shower with shampoo, natural scrubs, snorkeling equipment, a kayak, a stand-up paddle board, and anything else you might need. A common BBQ area to show off your very Mediterranean cuisine skills or a private little terrace on the top of your house to kick off and watch the sunset, or start the day with a yoga session. You can also light a fire in the fireplace and have some wine for cozy nights.

We have a total of 3 Seafront Homes and also our own home on the lot. We do not have any neighbors nearby and the private beach is provided only for our guests.

When you are arriving at our property for the first time, you will turn right from the main way to the uphill road and there’s a rough path waiting for you ahead. After a kilometer drive, our well-maintained garden welcomes you with hanging grapes overhead. If you’re traveling by car, we have parking space available for you.

If you continue down to the sea direction, you’re going to see that the Treehouse is located on the right and Stone House is on the left, and they are positioned across from each other. The main path and the parking area are located in between.

If you follow through to the sea direction, you will be surrounded by vividly colored flowers, scented herbs, and ceramic artworks here and there guiding you downward. White-washed steps on the right lead to the Studio. The stairs on the left take you to the breakfast area, to our home, and to the beach. If you keep following the stairs down (30 stairs), you will get to our private beach.

The only shared places for our guests are as they follow:

- The Beach: 3 separate platforms with individual umbrellas and lounge chairs. Two of the platforms have direct access to the water, the third one is slightly a bit higher.
- Outdoor Shower: You can use any masks, snorkels, fins, kayak, SUP, inflatable beds, shampoo, conditioner, and our special body scrub (salt + natural olive oil) that you can see.
- Garden (there are some spots to sit down and chill)
- Breakfast Area
- BBQ Area
- Laundry Area
- Parking Area

Other things to note
1) Our most raved breakfast consists of fully organic products straight from our own garden. Homemade jams, honey, butter, varieties of cheeses, nuts, seasonal veggies and fruits, dried fruits, olives from our own olive trees, eggs, bread, Turkish tea, and some surprises are served each day. Our breakfast doesn't contain any meat products.

Feel free to walk in and take a seat on our balcony; one level below the Studio for this fully Mediterranean breakfast between 9.00-11.00 AM. If you would like to have an early breakfast, please let us know.

2) The only extras are as follows:

~ Laundry Area: Each use is 150 Turkish Lira (detergent + softener, drying rack, and iron provided)

~ Food and beverage in the fridge. Drinking water is free. (Please see the list pinned on the fridge. There's only a little price difference, only because downtown is far away and you may have the urge to salute the sun right that moment with a cup of wine. You can always replace the consumed product with the same product before the check-out, so you do not have to pay extra.)

I am Seren and this is my mother, Aysun. Since 2014 we have been welcoming guests to our seafront accommodations in Kaş, sharing a quiet, authentic way of living by the Mediterranean. Our homes sit directly on the waterfront with wide terraces opening to endless sea views, surrounded by untouched maqui forest, with no neighbors and private beach access. All we wish is for you to experience Kaş and Turkey in a unique, unhurried way — close to nature, close to the sea, and far from the ordinary.
