A modern home centrally located in the historical State of Melaka. With modern amenities, and some historical and vintage treats that make the living space a memorable experience. A mini garden backyard and mini pool where guests can relax and unwind, with a special living space where guests can enjoy streaming movies/tv shows or playing classic console games, and even (for those busy workaholics) a comfortable workspace. Nearby amenities i.e. Tesco, Mcdonalds, Sushi King, Familymart, Watsons.

Situated in a cozy hill housing estate, you will feel right at home in this quiet and safe neighbourhood. Easily accessible and centrally located to the nearby hotspots of Melaka, but yet avoiding the busy and bustling roads of Melaka City. Suitable for those looking to explore the hidden gems of Melaka. We will give you access to a special guidebook on these (not so) hidden gems.

Guest access
The whole house will be available to you. There are 4 bedrooms, all fully completed with air-conditioning, water heaters, fan and lights. Spare mattress is available in room no.4. The upper living loft has a sofa bed that can be used. The pool is in the backyard.

A quiet neighborhood, far from the busy and bustling city life. We have an open park with a kids playground, running track and a basketball court within walking distance from our home. Its a very safe and clean neighbourhood.

Tesco Cheng is less than 2km away. Mcdonalds, Sushi King, Tealive, Watsons, Old Town, Subway, Mr DIY and many2 more F&B and shopping outlets available within this area. You can definitely find whatever you need here.

The famous Masjid Cina Melaka and the Hang Jebat Stadium is also very nearby within 5min drive.
