The space
This unit (Rumah Uda) nestle in 1 acre of Land which consist of 3 villa's. This one of the newest villa in the Rumah Bendang Compound. Its a studio type Villa and it consist of :-
-1 Queen Bed
-2 Side bed
-Max occupancy 4 pax.
-Aircon at bed area and living area
-Outdoor seating

-9 minutes to Airport
-15 minutes to Telaga Harbour (Koh Lipe Terminal)
-15 minutes to Pantai Chenang
-20 minutes to Cable Car
-20 minutes to Kuah Town (Ferry Terminal to Mainland)

-10x10 ft pool with 4ft deep. Infinity view of -Paddy field & Mountain. Open concept and may not be fully privacy to surroundings. Please refer picture for more details.

As the property is located within a village setting, you may occasionally see local farmers tending to the paddy fields or guests from the neighbouring villas enjoying the surroundings. This is part of the authentic kampung lifestyle that makes the stay unique and meaningful—an opportunity to experience the culture and connect with the local environment.

While the villa offers a peaceful and comfortable stay, it may not provide complete seclusion like a fully enclosed modern property. The pool and outdoor decking areas are open in concept. If you appreciate nature, culture, and a more relaxed, open living experience, Rumah Uda will be a perfect fit for you.

As our place is situated in a village, we encourage our guests to respect the local community and embrace the peaceful surroundings. To ensure a harmonious stay for everyone, we kindly ask that guests keep noise levels moderate, as loud gatherings and parties are not permitted.

The pool is available for use until 10:00 PM, in accordance with local regulations.

While alcohol is not allowed inside the villa, guests may enjoy it in the designated outdoor areas. We appreciate your cooperation in following our house rules, which are listed on Airbnb and will also be shared upon confirmation of your booking.
